What a great experience!! From start to finish our sales rep and the rest of the team at ShadeWorks made sure that our project went seamlessly. They even made a return trip after the initial quote to provide a 2nd alternative (which we ended up going with). We received weekly updates on our estimated project date and if anything changed we were notified immediately. Their installation crew was professional and completed the job in 2 days. If you are considering a patio cover, Shade Works is the way to go! We are very satisfied with the quality of the product and the service we received.
